What is gynecomastia?

Depending on the severity of the patient’s case, Dr. Koch may decide that liposuction is the best procedure to treat gynecomastia. However, should our Buffalo and Rochester gynecomastia patients have too much excess tissue, our Buffalo plastic surgeon will perform male breast reduction surgery (“gynecomastia surgery”), which involves the removal of excess skin and fat through a long incision under the breast.
